This tool is a client-side web application that allows users to inspect clipboard contents, including MIME types, text, images, and files. All processing occurs locally in the user's browser.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this tool for:

• Any illegal purpose
• Inspecting clipboard data you do not have permission to access
• Automated scraping or abuse of the service

4. Intellectual Property

This tool is open source under the MIT License. The source code is available at https://github.com/FuDesign2008/clipboard-inspector.

5. Limitation of Liability

Critical: This tool processes clipboard data locally in your browser. We have no access to, and accept no liability for, the content of your clipboard data.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• This tool is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for this tool ($0 for the free version).

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

This tool is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Data Handling

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data handling. In summary: we do not collect, store, or transmit any user data.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue this tool at any time. Since this is a client-side tool, discontinuation would mean removing the hosted files.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the user jurisdiction, with disputes resolved through good-faith negotiation.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
